Delete your CueTea account

You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app (instant)

1. Open CueTea and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete everything.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@cuetea.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the college email you signed up with. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, college email, profile (name, class year, major, dorm, clubs, photo, phone code), posts, replies, polls, votes, saves, crushes, matches, chats, notifications and push tokens.

What we may keep

Reports and records of posts our filters blocked may be kept up to 90 days for safety and abuse investigations, then deleted. Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store follow their own policies.

Got a Pass?

Deleting your account doesn't cancel store billing. Cancel in Google Play subscriptions or your App Store settings.
